What is the age requirement?

The primary driver must be at LEAST 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license & credit card.

If the driver was born on or after Jan 1, 1988; the driver must present a boating safety education identification card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission or the equivalent from another state.

If you don’t have your Boater’s Safety License and you need it, there are 2 options (there is a fee):

Online Temporary Boater’s Certification.
Online Lifetime Boater’s Certification.

All ages are allowed on the Pontoon Boats. Recommend that riders on Waverunners be minimum of 5 years old.

Do you provide life jackets?

Yes. Life jackets are provided for children and adults, and available in all sizes but recommends if you have one that is US Coast Guard approved to bring it with you. It is required that all passengers 6 years old and under wear a life preserver while the boat is moving.

What's not allowed on the boat?

What is your cancellation policy?

Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If the weather is unfavorable for boating, the trip will be rescheduled for another time/day or a full refund will be issued. No- hows will not be refunded. Customers may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it’s outside the 24 hour cancellation period.

Alcohol is allowed on the boat.

Please make sure you have a designated driver. It is a violation of Florida law to operate a vessel while impaired by alcohol or other drugs. If pulled over, a vessel operator suspected of boating under the influence must submit to sobriety tests and a physical or chemical test to determine blood or breath alcohol content. In Florida, a vessel operator is presumed to be under the influence if their blood or breath alcohol level is at or above .08. Any person under 21 years of age who is found to have a breath alcohol level of .02 or higher and operates or is in actual physical control of a vessel is in violation of Florida law.

Where am I allowed to go?

Customers have the opportunity to enjoy the pristine waters of our area, including traveling a short distance East on the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay to the famous Crab Island and exploring the Bay, the waters in Destin and the shallow sandy paradise between Fort Walton Beach and Destin called the Gulf Islands National Seashore. You can travel along Santa Rosa Sound to the west to the beautiful spoil islands and pristine waters along the untouched Eglin Reservation that extends for miles.
